Welcome! Are you new to programming? If not then I presume you will be looking for information about why and how to get started with Python as it's easy for beginners to use and learn. Python is a powerful general-purpose programming language among many other programming languages like Java, C++, JavaScript, Ruby… . It is mostly used in web development, data science, creating software prototypes, and so on …, which makes it one of the most recommended programming languages to start learning with as it has many fields that you can work with. Fortunately for beginners, Python has simple easy-to-use syntax, unlike other programming languages that you might find difficult to keep up with if you’re a beginner in programming. This makes Python an excellent language to learn to program for beginners. You'll learn the basic fundamentals of programming from Types and Values to Conditions via If/ Else Statements, and Loops like the While and the For Loops, in addition to become capable of handling your program if something wrong happens. The second half of this course deals with Data Structures. Data structures are the fundamental constructs around which you build your programs. Each data structure provides a particular way of organizing data so it can be accessed efficiently, depending on your use case. Python ships with an extensive set of data structures in its standard library. In this course, we'll be learning about the most basic and important Data Structures in Python, along with extensive examples for each Data Structure that will help you understand more their importance.
